Willkommen bei RETIRE YOUNG! Wir freuen uns, dass du da bist. Die folgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen ("AGB") regeln die Nutzung unserer Website, Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Bitte lies sie aufmerksam durch, denn sie erklären deine Rechte und Pflichten als unser Kunde. Durch den Besuch unserer Website oder eine Bestellung erklärst du dich mit diesen AGB einverstanden.

1. Zugang & Benutzerkonto

Um bei uns zu bestellen oder unsere Angebote zu nutzen, musst du voll geschäftsfähig sein (in Österreich: mindestens 18 Jahre alt). Du verpflichtest dich, alle Daten korrekt anzugeben und dein Konto sicher zu verwalten. Du bist für alle Aktivitäten unter deinem Konto selbst verantwortlich.

Wir bemühen uns sehr, unsere Produkte so realitätsgetreu wie möglich darzustellen. Dennoch können Farben oder Details je nach Bildschirm leicht abweichen. Kleine Abweichungen stellen keinen Mangel dar. Wir behalten uns vor, Produkte jederzeit zu ändern oder aus dem Sortiment zu nehmen.

Wir versenden weltweit – meistens innerhalb von 1–5 Werktagen. Die genaue Lieferzeit hängt vom Zielort und Versanddienstleister ab. Bitte beachte, dass wir keinen Einfluss auf Verzögerungen durch Zoll oder Logistikunternehmen haben. Mit der Übergabe an den Versanddienstleister geht das Risiko auf dich über.

Du kannst deine Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt widerrufen und an uns zurücksenden. Die Produkte müssen ungetragen, ungeöffnet und im Originalzustand sein.

So funktioniert eine Rückgabe

Schreib uns einfach vorab eine kurze Nachricht an alex@nderwurnig.com, damit wir Bescheid wissen und alles vorbereiten können.
Bitte schick nichts ungefragt zurück – wir kümmern uns zuerst gemeinsam darum, dass alles richtig läuft.

Die Rücksendung geht dann an folgende Adresse:

Versandkosten bei Rückgaben

Da wir ein kleines, persönlich geführtes Unternehmen sind, können wir die Kosten für den Rückversand leider nicht übernehmen.
Wir hoffen auf dein Verständnis – so können wir unsere Preise fair und transparent halten.

Was leider nicht zurückgegeben werden kann

Manche Produkte sind vom Rückgaberecht ausgenommen. Das betrifft zum Beispiel:

• Personalisierte oder individuell angefertigte Artikel

• Hygieneprodukte oder Kosmetik

• Verderbliche Waren (wie Lebensmittel oder Pflanzen)

• Sale-Artikel und Geschenkgutscheine

Wenn du dir bei einem Produkt unsicher bist, schreib uns einfach – wir helfen dir gerne weiter.

Wenn mal etwas nicht passt …

Bitte prüfe deine Bestellung gleich nach Erhalt.
Sollte etwas beschädigt sein oder nicht dem entsprechen, was du bestellt hast, melde dich einfach direkt bei uns unter alex@nderwurnig.com – wir finden ganz sicher eine Lösung!

Rückerstattung

Sobald deine Rücksendung bei uns angekommen ist und geprüft wurde, bekommst du von uns Bescheid. Wenn alles passt, erstatten wir dir den Betrag über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode zurück – in der Regel innerhalb von 10 Werktagen.

Falls es etwas länger dauert (z. B. bei der Bank), gib uns einfach kurz Bescheid – wir kümmern uns darum.
